Blade Medic Knife Sharpener: A great field and military tool for your knives!

Skeptical as always, I’ve been hesitant on buying this military tool. Now that I have it and sharpened every blade in my hunting arsenal, as well as in my bug out bag, I have to say, this was a good buy.

Roughly a 10$ purchase, the Blade Medic has already proven itself as a good field tool for any outdoor enthusiast. My hunting blades have been through five seasons of deer and turkey cleaning, and I’ve always honed them to pristine edges after every use, but there are always knives I tend to leave  a little duller than I’d like.

I took out my SOG seal team elite, and ran it through the sharpener. This knife with AUS 8 Steel has always been a bugger to put a good hand sharpening on. The Blade medic made my wet stone method a thing of the past. Now this bad boy knife is sharper than it was when I put it away months ago.

If your looking for a good sharpener for your hunting knives or military ordinance blades, the blade medic will get the job done. Crafted of metal, not plastic! It has both Tungsten and Ceramic V placements for quick sharpening. It also has a diamond steel for getting that finished edge you want. On a scale of 1-10… I give this sharpener a solid 9.5….

My only complaint… there is a magnet that holds the steel wand down, and collected shavings from my SOG. Other than that… this is the best “in the field” pocket sharpener for the money.
