HAARP TO BLAME FOR TEXAS WEATHER

US Winter Weather Phenomenon Caused by the Military?

The warmer than normal weather being experienced throughout the United States this winter season, along with the extensive rain fall throughout the southern states may be linked to our military.

How?

Military maneuvers from the more larger bases in the areas of these strange weather occurrences may be happening in part by the HAARP program. Utilizing radio waves to create cloud coverage, so enemy spy satellites can not see our deployment of troops, resources and mechanized divisions, is how our military can mobilize without detection. The use of this technology, which we do possess, can explain the strange weather.

Don't dismiss this theory without first researching the facts.

Warfare today can not be done effectively without hiding our military deployment. Satellites of Russia and China are always watching our well endowed military bases for movement. Covering the sky with cloud cover is the only way to avoid detection.

I suggest that you watch the following videos first, then make up your mind.

The only problem is, nobody will admit to it causing flooding and deaths in Texas, but if you look at a weather map, and you know some of the base locations, the strange weather is sticking around the areas where our larger military bases are and has been since the beginning of the Russian diplomacy in Syria and China’s lurching towards the Asian island dispute.
